THE Schlotzhauer's
Jason and Candice are new providers with our agency family have been licensed since May 2008. They have two biological sons, Mikey age 5 and Johnny age 8. They became licensed in hopes of adopting a girl, but have been open to considering other children as well, with a wide range of needs. Jason and Candice have also offered to assist with respite on several occasions and been a great help to several of their fellow foster parents. Jason and Candice have been very realistic about the process of becoming foster parents and their level of commitment and desire to learn has been remarkable.
The Schlotzhauer’s love the outdoors and are often bringing the children on camping trips throughout the warm months. Candice is a stay at home mom and loves keeping the kids busy with frequent trips to the park, walks around the neighborhood and other fun activities. The family is actively involved with their church and has a great support system of family and friends.
The Schlotzhauer’s most recently accepted a potential adoptive placement in their home of a four year old girl. We all wish them the best of luck in providing permanency to this little one!!
Their whole family is very committed to helping children and their efforts and hard work have not gone unnoticed. Thanks for everything you do!!
